Brigade in partnership with GIFT City will develop office space in the SEZ and an ibis STYLES International Business Hotel. The 14-storied office tower will primarily cater to the office space requirements of the BFSI and Technology companies based on the International Financial Services Centre status of GIFT City. ibis STYLES Hotel will have approximately 170 well-appointed guest rooms, multi-cuisine restaurant, banquets and conference rooms will cater to the needs of business travellers, both national and international.
