World Environment Day

Green was the order of the day on World Environment Day (June 5, 2015). Arjun Magesh (Std. 8) exhorted his fellow students to consume resources with care. While the students of Std. 2 and 3 put up skits (Carpooling & Developing a Green Finger), a melodious song pledging care for the world was rendered by students of Std. 4, 5 and 6. Poster making, poetry recitation, collage and slogan writing were the other activities that kept the campus abuzz. The senior students planted saplings to nurture their class garden. The Principal advised the students to utilise resources optimally to enable sustainable development.
