Mr. B S Nagesh addresses Brigadiers

Mr. B S Nagesh, Founder TRRAIN and former Managing Director of Shopper’s Stop addressed Brigadiers at the World Trade Center on 5th March 2016. He spoke on the topic, ‘Building customer centricity & engagement – living and growing with your customers’. He also shared some simple points that could make big changes in the way we look at customer service. The extremely excited Brigadiers took an oath to have the ‘JUNOON’ and ‘PAGALPAN’ to serve customers with greater zeal, enthusiasm and empathy.
