Authentic Levantine Food Festival at the Persian Terrace

The Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway hosted the ‘Authentic Levantine Food Festival’ from 4th - 13th March at The Persian Terrace. Exclusively crafted by Chef Mustafa Abu from The Sheraton Al Nabil Hotel, Jordan, some of the highlights at the Food Festival were the Mini Leaf filled with Goat Cheese and Pine Nuts (Warqenab), Shish Kebabs, Persian Chicken Skewers, Baklava and Date & Fig Tarts.
