Chef Myo Zaw Aung, is the new Executive Chef at South India’s tallest rooftop restaurant, HIGH Ultra Lounge. Renowned for his exquisite fusion technique with modern cooking methods and artistic plating, Chef Myo brings over 22 years of top-notch culinary expertise to HIGH Ultra Lounge. Born and raised in Myanmar, Chef Myo graduated in Arts from the University of Rangoon.
