Second cohort of the Youth Advisory Board

Second cohort of the Youth Advisory Board

The Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is a one-of-a-kind initiative spearheaded by the Indian Music Experience Museum and supported by the British Council under its 'Our Shared Cultural Heritage' programme. The YAB are a group of young adults between ages of 14-18 years who function as an advisory council, reviewing IME’s work and offering implementable suggestions in all areas, especially in the areas of community outreach and public programming.

IME welcomed the second cohort of the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) by hosting an orientation session at IME facilitated by Rereeti Foundation. This year the board will be reviewing and implementing a few of the 69 recommendations and suggestions in a report put together by the first cohort of the board.
