Brigade Twin Towers

Brigade Twin Towers

Located in Yeshwanthpur, Brigade Twin Towers is an established Grade-A commercial development designed to support evolving workplace needs while placing equal emphasis on well-being and sustainability.

Spanning 1.2 million sq.ft. across two high-rise office towers and a dedicated amenities block, the campus has been designed by Thomas Associates and is developed to IGBC Gold certification standards. A defining feature of the project is its open layout, with over 50% of the site dedicated to landscaped and green spaces, and nearly 95% of existing trees retained to create a nature-integrated work environment.

Beyond office floors, the campus offers a range of shared amenities that support everyday working life, including social and recreation zones, fitness facilities, childcare, dining options, and informal collaboration spaces.

With its scale, planning approach, and balance of infrastructure and open space, Brigade Twin Towers offers businesses an opportunity to lease office space within a well-rounded and future-ready commercial campus.

CMD'S MESSAGE

A Few Thoughts

Last few months have been tumultuous to the world order. As if the ongoing four-year Russia-Ukraine war is not enough, Israel and the United States have waged a war on Iran, resulting in destabilizing the world to a greater degree. The West Asia war has created havoc in the middle eastern countries, apart from several countries who depend on petroleum oil, particularly India. Our leaders have to intensify the efforts to reduce dependence on imported oil by increasing green power generation and by successfully identifying more sites for oil exploration. The on-again, off-again war has made many economies very volatile and has resulted in huge uncertainty for businesses and industries, apart from pushing up cost of living to the citizens across the world. As non-layers in this ongoing mindless war, we Indians can only hope and pray for normalcy to return soon.
