Laurel & Maple – Senior Living at Brigade Orchards

Laurel & Maple – Senior Living at Brigade Orchards

Brigade Insight

As India’s population ages and household structures evolve, the need for well-planned senior living communities has grown steadily. Today, this segment calls for environments that support independence and well-being, while offering reassurance through thoughtful everyday care. With Laurel & Maple, Brigade Group marks its return to the senior living segment, building on earlier experience with a renewed long-term vision and a strong operating partnership.

Located within Brigade Orchards, a 135-acre integrated township in Devanahalli, Laurel & Maple comprises two thoughtfully planned towers offering senior living and senior-friendly homes, together creating a truly multi-generational living community.

The community will be operated by Primus Senior Living, specialists in this space, bringing curated services that support residents’ comfort, health, and daily needs. The project combines the privacy of individual homes with access to support services, enabling residents to live independently with care available when required.

Senior-friendly design will be complemented by healthcare support, concierge assistance, housekeeping, and curated lifestyle programmes that encourage connection and active living.

CMD'S MESSAGE

A Few Thoughts

Last few months have been tumultuous to the world order. As if the ongoing four-year Russia-Ukraine war is not enough, Israel and the United States have waged a war on Iran, resulting in destabilizing the world to a greater degree. The West Asia war has created havoc in the middle eastern countries, apart from several countries who depend on petroleum oil, particularly India. Our leaders have to intensify the efforts to reduce dependence on imported oil by increasing green power generation and by successfully identifying more sites for oil exploration. The on-again, off-again war has made many economies very volatile and has resulted in huge uncertainty for businesses and industries, apart from pushing up cost of living to the citizens across the world. As non-layers in this ongoing mindless war, we Indians can only hope and pray for normalcy to return soon.
