Fifteen years ago, I walked into Sheraton Grand Bangalore as a guest, never imagining that one day this hotel would become such an important part of my life. Today, when I look back, I realize this place is not just a hotel for me - it feels like a second home, filled with memories, emotions and countless special moments.
Even though the hotel is located close to my home, I still choose to stay here over any other property. There is a comfort and warmth here that cannot be explained in words. From the moment I enter, there is a familiar feeling that instantly puts me at ease.
Over the years, the associates here have become like family to me. The kindness and care shown by the sales team, housekeeping team and General Manager have always touched my heart. It is the small gestures, warm smiles and genuine concern that make every stay unforgettable.
I have also had the privilege of witnessing Sheraton Grand Bangalore grow beautifully over the years. Yet, despite all the milestones and achievements, the soul of the hotel has remained the same – warm, humble and deeply caring. That is what makes this place truly special.
My journey with the hotel has been closely connected with my personal and business life. Somehow, every time I stayed here, things always felt positive and fortunate for me. That is why I often say this hotel has always been lucky for me.

A Few Thoughts
Last few months have been tumultuous to the world order. As if the ongoing four-year Russia-Ukraine war is not enough, Israel and the United States have waged a war on Iran, resulting in destabilizing the world to a greater degree. The West Asia war has created havoc in the middle eastern countries, apart from several countries who depend on petroleum oil, particularly India. Our leaders have to intensify the efforts to reduce dependence on imported oil by increasing green power generation and by successfully identifying more sites for oil exploration. The on-again, off-again war has made many economies very volatile and has resulted in huge uncertainty for businesses and industries, apart from pushing up cost of living to the citizens across the world. As non-layers in this ongoing mindless war, we Indians can only hope and pray for normalcy to return soon.
